Replacement Window Lifetime Warranty
We provide an all-inclusive, transferable warranty for all of our window and door products.
Widely recognized as the industry leader for product warranties, Clear Choice USA ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser and subsequent owner of the property (once the warranty is transferred as outlined below), that any window installed by the Company is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 50 years from which the windows are installed.

Product Warranty

That under normal use, the vinyl components of the window will not pit, crack or peel. All mechanical parts (balances, locks, vent locks, seals) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Transferable
Warranty
|
This warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the same residence. A transfer of warranty fee of $50 made payable to Clear Choice USA must be delivered to the Company within 30 days of the property's transfer date. It must also include a copy of the original purchase agreement and a copy of this warranty. In the event you sell your residence, or it becomes occupied by other than the original owner, the warranty is ten years from the original purchase date of the windows from Company.
